CD: PI-ku Joy

Carpe Diem Freestyle #2

We have an option of a challenge to do a new form of Japanese poetry called a PI-ku: 3-1-4  (the number of PI). I like small verse so here is my first try.

chocolate
joy
my heart's delight

Probably not what the Japanese had in mind but I just had dark chocolate gelato last night and I adore chocolate!

  3. Very tasteful Pi-ku Maggie. I like this short poetry form a lot, but I am not so good in it.

    1. It's actually more difficult to say a complete thought in 8 syllables. Wonderful form though!

    1. We fell in love with gelato in Italy and then it was everywhere in France last year. Tough to find really good gelato in the US. Never the exact consistency as in Europe. Will have to go back....
