  1. a tiny vortex
    I breakaway from the pull
    of a butterfly

Your haiku is so rich in words and inspiration that I couldn't resist creating one in the same spirit.

    I love your one line

    1. Thank you, Brian. Am just playing with the one lines right now and glad you like it. The vortex winds in Sedona are undefinable. They just feel like raw joy swirling around.

  5. All three were good, but the first was my favorite. Puppet strings really do create a false freedom.

  6. Cleansing winds can be invigorating, inspiring a yearning for freedom. Just beware of lurking puppet strings. Lovely haiku.

  9. That one liner is perfect Grace!

Your first made me think of how often we struggle to be liberated only to wonder why once we achieve it.
