Easing my way back into writing with mindfulness, introspection, and writing challenges.
a tiny vortexI breakaway from the pullof a butterflyYour haiku is so rich in words and inspiration that I couldn't resist creating one in the same spirit.I love your one line
Such gorgeousness you write! Thank you ♥
your one line it really cool...i love butterflies....also like the cleansing that comes in that last vortex....
Thank you, Brian. Am just playing with the one lines right now and glad you like it. The vortex winds in Sedona are undefinable. They just feel like raw joy swirling around.
I especially like the one about puppet strings.
Oh, your butterfly personifies freedom for me! Perfect one-liner!
All three were good, but the first was my favorite. Puppet strings really do create a false freedom.
Cleansing winds can be invigorating, inspiring a yearning for freedom. Just beware of lurking puppet strings. Lovely haiku.
these are beautiful, Maggieandthey feel deeply personalreally well done.Cheers!JzB
Welcome back, JzB! They are and thank you!
such great imagery! I love the puppet strings, and the cleansing of the past from the pores -- that evokes a feeling of deep down clean. :)
That one liner is perfect Grace!Your first made me think of how often we struggle to be liberated only to wonder why once we achieve it.
this prompt stirred some introspection (one of your blog goals)...you nailed it....
The flower-flitter is my favorite. Well done!Free of Priestly Conventions
Or maybe that's flower-flitterer. Anyway, you know what I mean! :)
