Thank you, Judie. We only had a few hours at The Louvre and that's all I wanted to see. lol. Happened to see Mona Lisa cuz that was on hubby's list. And Venus De Milo. Then ran to basement to find L'Occitane shop. Silly me.
There are actually two women in the painting. I just took the one with the close up of Mary. I think her features are so delicate and beautiful. DaVinci definitely a remarkable man.
I LOVE for poem "Madonna of the rocks". Rocks hold a deeply spiritual vibe for me.
