Easing my way back into writing with mindfulness, introspection, and writing challenges.
Aww, I love this! The photo is the perfect companion to this sweet piece. Beautiful work!
Thanks, Ivy :) You are my first comment. A walrus immediately popped into my head when I read the challenge.
Motherhood is the foundation of everything good in our world! You have captured that perfectly with this post. Well done! :)
I remember news in the past year (?) about much older women wanting to bear a child. Big controversy. Aside from that, I just love baby animals ;-) Thank you for visiting, Tom!
What a great combo of image and 22 toothy words. Love it.
Thanks for reading, Evi! New avi :)) I see you ♥
Your words fit beautifully with the picture. A great take on the prompt.
Oh the picture was very creative... :-) I can see everyone scorns at all thing that's outside normality. It's a sad world we live in.
Message and the pic ideally matched.
Love the play on words here.
Oh, this is just gorgeous! Well done Maggie!
This is a nice use of the prompt.
A great turn on the phrase.
I thought the words were touching, but had to chuckle at the photo - literally "long in the tooth" :)
I love her confidence! My sister was an older than average mom, and some people criticized her. They were all wrong, of course. I adore the picture too! This was wonderful, Maggie! :)
Personally, I would have preferred a 60 yr old mother who loved and protected me and gave me however many years of lovely memories than my reality. A good mom is a good mom. Period. So glad you liked this :))
Older moms are just more tired, is all. This was sweet--and sassy!
