MWM: Set in Stone

Mornings With Mary



During my visit to Sedona in May, this was the view outside The Chapel of the Holy Cross...my communion with Mary. The center rock formation looks like a woman holding a child. The rock is called The Madonna. This image had the focus on the pink flowers so the rock detail is a bit blurred. I just love it though.

    1. Thank you, Norma! It was a deadly cactus. One woman brushed by it and tons of prickly things kinda shot into her. Ouchy...not deadly. Glad it wasn't me!

  7. i love this apparition in the rocks! i see a woman knelling in prayer, her legs out quite long behind her, her hands clasped, her gaze meeting the edge of heaven.
