I salute you for this lovely palindrome ~ I specially like the turn to: amnesia wall kept secrets ~ Thanks for linking up to Real Toads and wishing you happy week ahead ~
Thanks, Susie. Am really processing my amnesia lately in writing as opposed to all the crap individually. If not for the amnesia, I'd still be oblivious but unsafe. It changed my life in so many ways. Good to be where I am now. That was a long way to say how much I appreciate your comment.
The mind can be an amazing angel, protecting us in a wisdom beyond our immediate ken. But then there are moments when we want to know and understand, and the mind can be quite a challenge releasing its secrets. Lovely poem.
Me too, Kerry. Their minds make the decision though. And society truly makes it miserable when that amnesia bursts when the child is an adult. It's devastating.
This is a winner... I couldn't do a mirrored palindrome... mine is sort of modified for my first one. Sigh. Really tough...great job. Well done. Message clear. Peace Siggi
Thanks, Siggi! Wasn't sure I could do one either. Just tried to keep it mostly nouns and adjectives and no personal pronouns. lol. Made my head hurt. Glad you liked it :)
