Tarot: The Hermit

Carpe Diem #195

This is my inner wisdom. He appeared as white-haired Ian Fleming, author of the James Bond novels, who, in real life, had knowledge of the occult as well as being part of Britain's secret military service. The 00 is similar to the infinity sign shown in some of The Hermit images. I never understood the ever present cigar until Kristjaan's background today. The "light". Inner wisdom knows both the dark and the light of being (conscious and subconscious).

inner wisdom hides
until guidance is needed
gentle loving all knowing

s/he resides in all
secret waiting to be known
are you ready yet

synchronicity
when it becomes known to you
inner wisdom near

    1. Thank you, jrb! Wasn't sure if you guys would think me nuts that my inner wisdom showed up looking like ian fleming. I honestly didn't know who he was at the time. People with trauma in their past seem to have "easier" access to this part of themselves. But not always the case.

  3. Nicely done. Now if I can just keep my inner wisdom from being a trickster, I'll be set. :)

    1. Inner wisdom doesn't play tricks. Maybe another part of self (a trickster ;-O) in touch with you. Thank you for your nice comment!

  5. Thank you, all! Must do what you feel is right and inner wisdom enters with or without your knowledge. Waiting for answers doesn't work. But do listen when gut wrenches. It means no!

    1. James Bond adventures based loosely on Ian Fleming's real life as a "licensed to kill". But his number was not 007. He used that number from a train he saw. He like it better :)) The name James Bond was actually taken from a book on ornithology that Fleming had on his desk.

  7. Your comment about your gut is a wise one. "Go with your gut' is one of the finest pieces of wisdom I have picked up over the years! The gut never lies! Hermit

    1. And how I hate that gut feeling of no. It's happened even when I went to buy something I wasn't sure about. lol. I've learned going against that gut feeling or what I hear from inner wisdom is a bad bad thing to do. ;-O Thanks for visiting and always commenting. I treasure your visits.
