Carpe Diem #174 (Whisper)
winds whisper to me
of nature's truth and wisdom
where I find solace
where I find solace
is in nature's sweet gardens
where peace is whispered
where peace is whispered
I long to be listening
far from all the fear

Very nice peaceful thoughts, each one. Am not convinced by cascading haiku, but each one here is powerful on it's own merit.
ReplyDeleteI find beginning a haiku with the last line of the previous brings its own set of thoughts. If I can read the last line and be inspired, I keep going. Thank you for your kind words :)
Deletevery nice cascade
ReplyDeleteCheers!

I agree with you Maggie, sometimes a Haiku just becomes a cascade of its own accord, just as puddles sometimes become lakes :)
ReplyDeletejrb, have you seen the puddles in my town? they're almost lakes, as you say ;)

ReplyDeleteNice cascade!
ReplyDeleteI love the cascade, and as pirate says-- the individual haiku has to be able to stand by themselves.
