    1. Possibly the #1 issue when I was a therapist. People terrified of being angry or always angry and not knowing what to do with it besides directing it at someone else. My rage is a whole book of "how to release"...

    Your comment about people not knowing what to do with anger...
    it took me an extra week to get out of rehab at The Meadows because I couldn't or wouldn't recognize anger.
