Thank you, both! Yes, we are the only townhome in our community in our block with a tree. I so wanted a dwarf tree and our theme was Italian Zen. lol. We love Italy and a tranquil environment. So the Japanese maple was it. It looks so lovely when in bloom. Must photo and post with a haiku.
Perfect little tree. And it must love it's spot. Grows so much each year in width...branches reaching out. Must keep trimming back to maintain it's perfect size. Glad you love yours too!

ReplyDeleteI love Japanese maple. We have 2 different that grow a small amount every year. They look tiny among all other trees.
