Calved - nice use of the word! I fear for the fawn!
the thaw is treacherous to new lifewell done
Thank you. I saw a rescue of a fawn on a river because it was too dangerous for it to cross. Quite suspenseful to watch. Have been so wanting to use the term "calved" since I saw it on a documentary used with glaciers.
don't fawn overcalves of any icy rivergo with the floeCheers!JzB
Thin ice is dangerous for everyone.Or as the saying isNo danger for the cow on the ice, as long as the tail remains on shore...(old saying meaning that's used if something is still marginally safe, because you can always pull the cow back.
very creative words used in your lovely haiku ^_^
