  3. I took "calls out to no one" to mean silence

    the quiet crow
why does he not sing the blues
    against such a sky

    cheers

    1. Your haiku is wonderful! It feels so different...has that emotional impact. Great happiness about the blue sky...which is what was more awesome than the crow. Thank you, JzB.

  4. I like this a lot.. a caw without a purpose .. this can mean so much .. or so little, and just maybe it really doesn't matter, but at the end what is it except an observation.

  5. I, too, took the poem to mean that there was no cawing going on ... but now it seems like it could go both ways. Perhaps this poem reflects what we bring to it ....? Very nice.
