The pink iron sits ominously in the corner
yet I know it beckons me
Begrudgingly I ready the items
and fill the iron with water
with the cute little holder
Is it hot enough?
Is it hot enough now?
Whoosh!
That first sound of steam
somehow releases a sense of
satisfaction within me
and all systems are go
