T...I've worked through all the emotions, Brian. To choose to forgive is different to me. No one deserves forgiveness for intentional harm to an innocent. But I do get to heal from what was done. Guess it depends on the definition one has of forgiveness. When my father died in 2011, within a month programming for me to commit suicide went off. I failed. It wasn't me taking the pills. That's the kind of evil still going on until I integrated. Not ever completely sure certain circumstances won't set off another internal sequence of events while integrated. It's just how I live. But I healed to integration without forgiving. Such an intense topic. I learned to forgive myself long before having to make a decision about "them". Always such a personal decision for healing.Maggie Gracehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13044824920398442496noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7529664820669648146.post-75894038546088050602013-10-18T20:45:02.973-04:002013-10-18T20:45:02.973-04:00Forgiving heals the forgiver more often than the f...Forgiving heals the forgiver more often than the forgiven!, don't you think?
